Birmingham v Sunderland, Sunderland to win match, 9/2 with Bet365

I have had a few goes at Sunderland recently and they haven't obliged yet, but that is no reason to give up on them yet! They are rightly underdogs in this relegation 6-pointer, Birmingham have started to show some form at home, but they lost recently to an Arsenal side that has struggled on the road this season. Sunderland should be fighting tooth and nail for all 3 points here and I just feel that 9/2 is too big against them to sneak this.

Blackburn v Arsenal, Blackburn to win match, 23/10 with BlueSq

Blackburn's home form is very strong this season; they have won 4 of their last 5 at Ewood including a win over Man Utd. I am happy to keep opposing Arsenal away from Highbury as their form still looks poor, despite the recent win at Birmingham. No doubt they will be boosted by their CL win at Madrid, but Blackburn will put up a completely different challenge. They are one of the most physically aggressive sides in the Premiership and many teams have found this season that Arsenal can be muscled out of a game. Try to forget the famous names and see this as 23/10 for a strong home side in good form against a side that has slumped to 7 defeats in 13 matches away from home this season. Great value.

Bayern Munich v Eintracht Frankfurt, Frankfurt to score 1st, 9/2 with Stan James

Frankfurt have been featuring in my bets a lot lately and they will continue to while the bookies keep underestimating them. They have now scored the opening goal in all of their last 7 away matches. This includes the opener at Bremen, so I don't think we need to worry about them being overawed at Bayern. Of course Bayern are incredibly strong at home and only Bremen have scored 1st against them there in 10 league matches this season. Bayern though have conceded a goal in 4 of their last 5 at home and coupling this with Frankfurt's impressive away stats, 9/2 looks big enough to me.
