An early value pick from the midweek La Liga games. Deportivo La Coruna have an awful home record so far this season: 6 losses in all, and, more importantly, 4 losses in their last 6. In that run they have lost to strugglers Espanyol, Alaves and Sociedad at the Estadio Riazor. On Wednesday they entertain bottom club Malaga, who to be honest have a poor away record. They did manage away wins at Athletic and Mallorca way back in September, but since then have managed to grab a point only 3 times in their last 9 away. However, I feel the 5/1 that is generally available for Malaga to win is too good to resist when you factor in Depor’s awful home form.
